The Innocent Images Task Force (IITF) is joint effort between members
of local, state, and federal law enforcement officers to fight child
exploitation. The Tampa Innocent Images Task Force is comprised
of Task Force Agents from:
Tampa Police Department
Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office
Florida Department of Corrections
Lee County Sheriff's Office

Innocent Images National Initiative's Mission:
Identify, investigate, and prosecute sexual predators who use the
Internet and other online services to sexually exploit children.
Establish a law enforcement presence on the Internet as a deterrent
to subjects that use online services to exploit children.
Identify and rescue witting and unwitting child victims.

What we do:
Investigate:
Individuals who indicate a willingness to travel interstate for
the purpose of engaging in sexual activity with a minor.
Online organizations, enterprises, and communities that exploit
children.
Producers of child pornography.
Major distributors of child pornography.
Training/Presentations:
Educate parents and students on Internet safety
For young kids (Kindergarten through 5th)
For older kids (6th through 12th)
For parents
Train other law enforcement officers on child exploitation techniques.
