NEWS RELEASE

Earlier today the Florida Department of Law Enforcement issued an "Amber Alert" for a missing 12-year-old girl who was last seen on Monday, April 25, 2005, in Bradenton, Florida.

At approximately 8:45 P.M., Margarita Aguilar-Lopez was located by Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Easley Police Department in the parking lot of the Wal-Mart, located at 1023 South Pendleton Street, Easley, South Carolina. Auguilar-Lopez appeared to be in good condition and arrangements are being made to return her to Florida.

The Easley Police Department took two suspects into custody in connection with this investigation, however, no formal charges have been filed at this point in time.
